  Farmer's Open Market
 KADS Farmers’ Open Market, perhaps the first of its kind in the neighbourhood has been set up to facilitate the farmer to sell various farm produces directly to the needy customers, completely eliminating middlemen and fetching them reasonable prices. The produces includes Nendarn Banana, various other varieties of plantain, vegetables, paddy, rice, cocoa, coconut, tender coconut, spices & condiments, ornamental & medicinal plants, planting materials, seeds & seedlings etc.
